Vote for painting colours at 383 Khyber Pass road
Under the Long Term Maintenance programme for our Body Corporate, your committee has received two quotes for the painting of the buildings. We have also received two quotes for the painting of the aluminium window frames. The most favourable quote to paint the buildings is $7,160 plus GST and the quote to paint the window frames is $13,100 plus GST. This also includes the waterblasting of both buildings and pavements.
Our budgeted cost for 2019 exterior painting of both buildings was $80,352.
PLEASE NOTE: Hire of Boom lift is an extra cost, $800 per week or $250 per day plus $150 delivery each way. The esitmate is 3 to 4 weeks.
The purpose of this survey of all Unit Owners is:
To identify a preferred exterior colour for the buildings; and
To identify if we should spend on painting the window frames or not.
The colour with the most votes will be selected as the preferred option.
Please feel free to view the painted colours on the Bulding. The samples have been painted on a wall between PTG Architecture Unit G & Xtreme Nutrition Unit H.
The results will be emailed to you at the end of the one week voting period.
